Join our dynamic team as a Field Operations Coordinator and play a crucial role in supporting and streamlining our field operations across multiple voyages. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to manage documentation, compliance and communications within our field operations team. Reporting to the Field Operations & Activities Manager, you will work closely with the Expedition Team and ensure the smooth delivery of all operational aspects of our voyages. Your expertise in documentation, compliance checks, and operational support will directly contribute to the success of our teams onboarding journey and our expeditions.

ROLE TYPE: Full-Time | Remote | United Kingdom
In this role, reporting to the Sales Director – EMEA, you will support our Senior Business Development Managers by onboarding new accounts and ensuring partners have the tools to succeed in selling our expedition voyages. You will also design and execute webinars, provide training, and manage our agent social engagement channels to engage both new and prospective partners.

Expedition Team
ROLE TYPE: Contract | Remote
The Aurora Expedition Team are passionate specialists in their field that offer a range of expertise such as historians, marine biologists, geologists, naturalists and guides. Our skilled activity guides in both polar and tropical regions include diving, snorkelling, kayaking, alpine trekking, snowshoeing and mountaineering.
